Scholarship Description

The 2024 S2 TAFE WA Scholarship in Murdoch University is open to all nationals. It is a prestigious opportunity offered by TAFE WA in Collaboration with Murdoch University.  This reward acknowledges commencing students, who have completed a diploma, advanced diploma or associate degree at one of TAFE WA’s institutions and are continuing their studies in the same field at Murdoch University.

Scholarship Benefits

  • Murdoch University will provide award amount of scholarship value: $3,000 for the successful candidates.
  • Payment Method: Subject to the terms and conditions of the award being met, the $3,000 award is paid in two equal instalments (of AU$1,500 each) directly into the nominated Australian bank account in week 7 or 8 of each of the first two consecutive semesters of study.

Scholarship Eligibility

  • Current or past enrollment at one of the following institutions: South Metropolitan TAFE, North Metropolitan TAFE, Regional TAFE
  • Completion or nearing completion of a diploma, advanced diploma, or associate degree in the same field as the desired Murdoch University bachelor degree course
  • Submission of an application to Murdoch University, or commencing the first semester in one of Murdoch University’s courses
  • Commencement at Murdoch University within one semester of completing the TAFE course
  • Consent for the use of name and image by the University in their media and publications.
