The Fully Funded Dean's International Doctoral Scholarship (FMHS) at University of Auckland in New Zealand is open to all except New Zealand and Australia nationals. It is offered for PhD degree in the field of Medical & Health sciences. The deadline for sending an application varies. This scholarship is provided by the University of Auckland.

The Dean’s International Doctoral Scholarship (FMHS) was established in 2011 and is funded by the Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences at the University of Auckland Waipapa Taumata Rau. The main purpose of the Scholarship is to attract international students of high caliber to pursue their first doctoral degree in the Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences.

• Up to $33,000 stipend
• Full tuition fees
• Relocation grant
• Health insurance

• Applicant must be an international student. (non-New Zealand or Australian citizen)
• Applicants must have applied for the full-time doctoral program in the Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences at the university.
• Students who have already been admitted to their doctoral program are not eligible for consideration for the Scholarship. 
• Matters that may be considered according to academic merit as seen in  academic record, the standing of awarding institution, academic references, CV and research, and publication record
