WMO Internship in Switzerland 2024-25

The WMO Internship in Switzerland is open to all nationals. It has its headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland. WMO is looking for students and recent graduates from a wide range of fields for their internship positions in Geneva. WMO is a specialized agency of the United Nations that is responsible for sharing data and aware people of weather observations, collecting and sharing weather data, and issuing weather forecasts and warnings on weather, climate, and water resources. Talented students from all around the world are eligible to apply for the WMO Internship. 

• Interns who will travel to Geneva will receive a stipend of CHF 1500 per month.
• Interns who will work remotely will receive a stipend of CHF 300 per month.
• Health Insurance is covered by the WMO.

• WMO internship is open to all students and recent graduates from all countries.
• Should be interested in WMO areas of work.
• Have recently graduated and are between the ages of 21 and 35 years old
• Have less than 2 years of work experience.
• The intern institute should sponsor the applicant to carry out an internship with WMO.
• Have good communication skills.
