The Tongarewa International Scholarships celebrate the university’s commitment to our international student community. We award a range of these scholarships to international students each year. This is a partial fee-based scholarship that will go towards tuition fees for one year of study. Applicants can either enter their first year of an undergraduate degree or enter a postgraduate degree program at Victoria University of Wellington.

Eligibility

These scholarships are open to graduates of any university within or outside of New Zealand who intend to enroll full-time for a Doctorate (PhD) or who have commenced their doctoral study at Victoria University of Wellington.
