• Must be accepted at or enrolled in a full-time degree program at an MPOWER-eligible school in the U.S. or Canada.
• Must be an international student legally permitted to study in the U.S. or Canada.
• For Study in U.S.:
  • Has a valid visa that permits study.
  • It is protected under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA).
  • Must be a U.S. permanent resident (Green Card holder).
• For Study in Canada:
  • Must be a Canadian permanent resident.
  • Has a valid Canadian study permit.
