Fully Funded Heinrich Boll Foundation Internship in USA 2025

The Fully Funded Heinrich Boll Foundation Internship in USA is open to all nationals. The Heinrich Boll is looking for interns in their Washington D.C. office for the 3 months paid internship program. This is a paid internship in the USA. Interns will receive a $700/monthly stipend and a J-1 Visa Sponsorship for those who are not based in the USA. The foundation will also cover the cost of the J1 Visa. The Internship will start in the Spring and Fall of 2025. To be eligible for the internship, you must enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program or a recent graduate of a bachelor’s degree with less than 1 year.

• A monthly stipend of $700
• 5 paid vacation days per 3 month period for full-time internships
• J1 Visa sponsorship
• J1 Visa cost is covered by the foundation.

• Experience in at least one of the program areas.
• Good English communication skills.
• A full-time commitment of 40 hours per week for 3 to 6 months (part-time only on a case-by-case basis)
• Should completed at least 2 years of university-level experience.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program OR recent (< 1 year) Bachelor’s degree recipients.
