The value of the scholarship is the domestic tuition fee plus Up to $27,900 stipend pa plus insurance and relocation grant for up to 36 months of study

Eligibility

Dean's International Doctoral Scholarship Eligibility:

  • Applicant must be an international student. (non-New Zealand or Australian citizen)
  • Applicants must have applied for the full-time doctoral program in the Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences at the university.
  • Students who have already been admitted to their doctoral program are not eligible for consideration for the Scholarship. 
  • Matters that may be considered according to academic merit as seen in  academic record, the standing of awarding institution, academic references, CV and research, and publication record

To apply for Dean's International Doctoral Scholarship (FMHS) there is no separate application process, candidates will be considered through the recommendation of the relevant faculty or University of Auckland committee.
