The Fully Funded Azerbaijan Government Scholarship is open to all nationals. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan are pleased to announce the “Heydar Aliyev“. Azerbaijan Government Scholarship 2024-2025. This Higher Education Scholarship will be offered to 100 candidates for 5 years. Through this scholarship program, you can study at leading universities of Azerbaijan and can pursue preparatory courses, and undergraduate, graduate, doctoral, and general medicine/medical residency programs.
The Government of Azerbaijan will fully fund this scholarship. All international students will receive International Flight Tickets, Accommodation, Full Tuition Fee, Medical Insurance, Monthly Allowance, Visa, and Temporary Residence Permit. Applicants in any academic field can apply. IELTS is not required if you can provide proof that you have completed your previous education form in English Medium.

Requirements of the Fully Funded Azerbaijan Government Scholarship
Application Process
Applicants can not directly apply for the Scholarship. All applicants must wait for the call for applications announced by their respective entities/government authorities (Ministries,
Embassies, etc.).
The applicant must apply and submit documents to the respective authorities. The respective authorities will select applicants and will nominate the students.
After the nominations, they will proceed to the second stage of the application process and apply through the Study in Azerbaijan Centralized Admission Service (SIACAS) website (portal.edu.az)
