Azerbaijan’s universities offer more than 400 different programs available to international students. Azerbaijan offers scholarships to students from all academic backgrounds. Azerbaijan Government Scholarship does not require an application fee. There is no requirement for IELTS or TOEFL tests. Even English proficiency certificates are not required.

The President of the Republic of Azerbaijan approved these scholarships in Azerbaijan. Expenses such as tuition, housing, and monthly allowance will be covered by the scholarship. Undergraduate, Graduate, and Doctoral Degree level scholarships are available for all academic fields/majors. A Fully-Funded scholarship is one of the best opportunities for international students to study in Azerbaijan. 

Azerbaijan Government Scholarship is a fully funded scholarship that covers the following expenses for the selected candidates.

• Complete tuition for bachelor’s, master’s, doctoral, and other courses.
• Round-trip economy class international flight tickets.
• A monthly stipend to cover the costs of food, lodging, and utilities (800 AZN).
• Medical Insurance.
• Visa and Registration Costs.

Eligible Criteria of Azerbaijan Government Scholarship

• Candidates must have a good academic record
• To qualify for a scholarship for undergraduate and general medicine programs, candidates must not be older than 25 years old
• An applicant who wants a scholarship for graduate or residency programs must be under 30 years old.
• If you are applying to a Ph.D. program, your age must be 40 or older.
