Southern Illinois University is now launching the Chancellor’s International Scholarships that will help students to start their education in the USA.

New Freshmen Students – To be considered for the Chancellor’s Scholarship and the University Excellence Scholarship upgrade, you must have a current University Excellence offer and submit a General Scholarship Application and Scholars Program Application by November 1, 2021. The Scholars Program Application is located immediately after the General Application for eligible students.

New Transfer Students – To be considered for the Provost’s and Transfer Achievement Scholarships, you must submit the Transfer Scholars Program Application by February 21, 2022. The Transfer Scholars Program Application is located immediately after the General Application for eligible students.

New and Continuing Students – To be considered for the most academic college, departmental and alumni scholarship opportunities, your General Scholarship Application and all conditional applications should be submitted by February 1. MEDPREP students should apply no later than March 1 for major specific scholarship opportunities.
