1. Applicants of the South Asian Regional Award at OSU must have an offer letter from Oregon State University for a bachelor's program to avail of the scholarship.

2. To avail of this scholarship, students applying for the South Asian Regional Award at OSU must be international students from Bangladesh, Nepal, India, or Pakistan.

3. Applicants of the South Asian Regional Award at OSU must hold an excellent academic record and will be required to score well in English Proficiency tests(TOEFL-70/IELTS-6.0/IELA-169)
