Introduction

The Jiangxi Province Government Scholarship in China is open to all nationals. The Jiangxi Provincial Government Scholarship offers international students the opportunity to pursue their education in China for free beginning in September 2024. Established by the Jiangxi Provincial Government, this scholarship aims to attract and support outstanding international students to study in Jiangxi province. The scholarship is evaluated and approved by the Jiangxi Provincial Bureau of Education and issued by the Jiangxi Provincial Bureau of Finance, ensuring a streamlined and fair selection process.

Benefits

  • Scholarship B: RMB 20,000, designated for students enrolled in Bachelor’s Degree Programs. 
  • Scholarship C: RMB 6,000, for long-term non-degree program students who study for over six months.

Eligibility

  • For Bachelor Degree Program (Scholarship B): Applicants must have a high school diploma and be under the age of 25.
  • For Short-Term or Exchange Programs: Applicants must commit to studying for more than six months.
  • Language Proficiency: Applicants for Chinese-taught courses must provide an HSK certificate.
  • Academic Excellence: Applicants must demonstrate excellent academic performance.
  • No Other Scholarships: Applicants must not be sponsored by any other kind of scholarship.

How To Apply:

To apply, candidates must prepare and submit the following documents:

  • Application Form: Completed Application form with a handwritten signature and study plan.
  • Highest Diploma: Notarized photocopy of the highest diploma. If currently enrolled, applicants should provide a certificate of study from their university.
  • Academic Transcripts: Official academic performance transcripts.
  • Passport Photocopy: A clear photocopy of the applicant’s passport.
  • Language Proficiency Certificate: Photocopy of HSK Certificate or other Chinese language test results.
  • Health Examination: Photocopy of the Foreigner Physical Examination Form.
  • Study Plan: A study plan in Chinese or English (not less than 500 words).
