Scholarship Description

The applications are open to apply for the Westlake International Undergraduate Summer Camp 2024. It is a 2-week summer camp on life science research and innovations. You don’t need an IELTS to apply. All the expenses will be covered. The Westlake summer camp includes lectures and courses from scientists, experiments in the laboratory, and a range of fun and exciting cultural exchange activities.

Scholarship Benefits

  • No Tuition Fee
  • Meals and accommodation will be provided.

Scholarship Eligibility

  • Open to all nationals from across the world.
  • Undergraduate Students majoring in biology or life sciences-related fields.
  • Currently in a (3rd year) or Senior year (4th year), or, who will be in their College Junior/Senior year starting Autumn 2024.
  • Upload  a recent Personal ID Photo
  • Scan a copy of the National ID card or Passport photo page.
  • Scan a copy of the latest undergraduate transcript.

Features of the Summer Camp

  • Conduct Laboratory Experiments: During the program, students will have an opportunity to conduct laboratory experiments
  • Learn Cutting-edge Techniques: Students will learn cutting-edge research techniques from globally renowned professors and conduct advanced laboratory experiments.
  • Gain Leadership & Networking Skills: Students will gain leadership and networking opportunities with other fellows in the field.
  • Experience Westlake and Hangzhou: The Camp also includes exploration and tours to UNESCO World Heritage Sites and top regional scenic areas.
