The eligibility criteria for the Fully Funded University Brunei Darussalam Scholarships are stated below:

• All Brunei and non-Brunei students can apply.
• Applicants should be under 30 years of age at the time of application (exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis).
• Moreover, they should hold a Master’s Degree with at least an Upper Second Degree in a related field from an internationally recognized university, or they should hold a First Class Degree in a relevant field from an internationally recognized top university.
