2. UM Brightlands Talent Scholarship Program

a) Living expenses - € 11,400 / € 22,800

b) Health & liability insurance - Paid by the University

c) Visa application costs - € 210

d) Tuition fees - Paid by the University

e) Pre-Academic Training costs - Paid by the University

3. UM Global Studies Scholarship (For Bachelors)

a) Living expenses - € 11,400 per academic year

b) Health & liability insurance - Paid by the University

c) Visa application costs - € 210*

d) Tuition fees - € 13,000 per academic year*

e) Pre-Academic Training costs - Paid by the University

Eligibility

The eligibility criteria for the Fully Funded Maastricht University Scholarships in Netherlands are stated below:

1. You hold nationality in a country outside the EU/EEA.

2. You do not have double nationality from an EU/EEA country.

3. You must apply for admission to a Participating degree program at Maastricht University for 2024-25.

4. Meet the admission requirements.

5. You are not older than 35 on 1 September 2024.

6. This is a very competitive scholarship.

How to Apply?

Step 1: Register for one of the participating master’s programs at UM.

a) Please see your prospective program’s webpage for how to register.

b) Once you have submitted your application via Studielink, you will receive a student ID number for UM.

c) You will need a student number to complete and submit the Scholarship Application Form (see Step 2 below)

Step 2: Please fill in the application form. You need to log in with your UM account

a) Please use this link to fill out the scholarship application form. The University only accepts applications via the application form.

b) Upload the following documents:

i. Curriculum vitae

ii. Letter of motivation 

iii. Proof of academic excellence

iv. Personal statement of financial needs

v. A reference letter

 

The University of Masstricht will inform all candidates of their application status in April 2024. The Pre-Academic Training takes place in August 2024.
