The Fully Funded Dar Al Hekma University Scholarship in Saudi Arabia is available for all international students who have to apply for an undergraduate degree program. Dar Al-Hekma University is a private, non-profit institution of higher education for women in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Classes are taught in English. The university was established in September 1999, with the approval of the Saudi Ministry of Education. It gained university status in January 2014.

3. Daughters of the Medical Staff of the Ministry of Health
4. Daughters of Soldiers at the southern border
5. Daughters of Dar Al-Hekma University employees
6. Daughters of martyrs of duty
The eligibility criteria for the Fully Funded Dar Al Hekma University Scholarship in Saudi Arabia are stated below:
Conditions for the continuity of AlElm and Raiaa Scholarships:
1. The student must obtain a cumulative GPA of a minimum of 3.5 out of 5 for Raiaa Scholarship and 3.75 out of 5 for AlElm Scholarship in each semester. In case the CGPA is not met, the university has the right to warn the student and reduce the discount rate, and if the situation continues, the university can withdraw the scholarship (according to the university policy approved in this regard the condition
2. The student is obligated to register several credit hours per semester by the study plan for each major, so that this does not affect the period for completing the study in four or five years for a bachelor's degree, depending on the program.
3. It is allowed to change the major after the student starts studying only if this does not affect the period to complete the study in four or five years for a bachelor's degree, depending on the program
4. In case of the university withdrawal, the student is required to pay back the percentage of the discount that he/she benefited from throughout the scholarship period, unless it is proven that the reason for the withdrawal is compelling.
5. The scholarship covers summer semester fees

1. A student who fulfills the conditions of the scholarship and obtains her scholarship permanently, is not entitled to apply for another scholarship, nor to combine two scholarships.
2. Students should be aware that all original records, letters, and other documents provided to the University as part of the scholarship process will be kept at the University.
3. The University reserves the right to evaluate the adequacy of all the official papers submitted for scholarships.
4. All data will be kept in strict confidence.
5. This scholarship covers four/five years of study for a bachelor's degree at Dar Al-Hekma University based on the chosen major.

1. How to Apply: Students must apply for the undergraduate degree program at the university and are eligible to submit the application for the scholarship.
2. Supporting Documents: Provide a General Secondary Education Certificate or its equivalent authorized by the Saudi Ministry of Higher Education, a copy of the Qudurat test score, four recent passport-size color photographs with hair covered, a photocopy of the ID card, a photocopy of the passport and a complete health record signed and stamped by a medical doctor
3. Admission Requirements: Applicants must have a Qudurat test score of not less than 80% and a Tahsili Score of less than 80%.
4. Language Requirement: Students who have to submit the test must have 500 and above on the TOEFL or its equivalents.
