The Fully Funded King Fahd University Scholarship in Saudi Arabia is open to all nationals. The King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM) is now accepting applications for the regular Master's and PhD programs. King Fahd University is a prestigious institute located in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, near major industries and ranks high globally. King Fahd was the king of Saudi Arabia from 1982 to 2005. The KFUPM is one of the best scholarships for studying in Arab countries.

Scholarship Eligibility

  • A four-year bachelor’s degree is required for a Master’s Program, and a two-year Master’s degree (for Ph.D. applicants) from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00 (for scholarship students) and 2.5 (non-scholarship students) out of 4.00.
  • Language Requirements: TOEFL 520 (PBT), 190 (CBT) or 70 (IBT) OR
  • IELTS: (min 6.0) OR
  • Duolingo English Test (New Test) [min 105].
    • Duolingo is the new English language test, which is much cheaper than IELTS and can be taken from home online, which is acceptable to more than 2000+ institutes.
  • Graduates from English Speaking Countries (USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand) are exempted from the Language Test.
  • Two letters of recommendation are required.
