The recipient of the scholarship will get an award annually ranging from $500 to $1,500. The one recipient will also get a two-year award of $6,000.

Scholarship Eligibility

Applicants should be from the USA and should be citizens of the USA. Applicants are accepted in a graduate-level program that is accredited by the appropriate therapy profession authority in physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, or hearing audiology. Assistant or undergraduate programs are not eligible.

Applicants must submit a personal statement not exceeding one page. Applicant must provide proof of enrollment into an authorized program. Applicant should fill and submit their FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) SAR (Student Aid Report).
