Aberdeen Global Scholarship at University of Aberdeen in Scotland 2024-25

The Aberdeen Global Scholarship at University of Aberdeen in Scotland is open to EU nationals. It is offered for a Master's degree in the fields offered by the university.  There is no deadline for this scholarship. It is always open. This scholarship is provided by the University of Aberdeen.

The scholarship is open to self-funded full-time on-campus EU International fee students registering for on-campus programs, who don’t receive either an externally funded scholarship or any other University of Aberdeen scholarships (excluding awards made by the University of Aberdeen Development Trust).

This scholarship is being introduced on a transitional basis, to help mitigate the immediate effects of Brexit on our EU student community, and will be available to those who commence their studies in the academic year 2023/24.

The scholarship is not available to students studying MBA programs where Home and International students are eligible for the same tuition fee rate. The scholarship is not available to students studying for PGDE degrees.

This is a £3,500 tuition fee discount available to eligible self-funded taught Postgraduate Masters students who are domiciled in the EU and, because of Brexit, are now classified as International students.

• Applicants must enroll in a full-time postgraduate course of study at the university.
• Applicants must demonstrate good academic merit.
• Applicants must be self-funded and be classified as international students for fee purposes.
