Scholarships in USA

The Fulbright Teaching Excellence and Achievement (TEA) Program is a prestigious international scholarship initiative sponsored by the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs. This competitive program provides secondary school educators from around the world with unique opportunities to enhance their teaching skills, develop expertise in their subject areas, and increase their knowledge about the United States. Participants engage in a six-week professional development program at a U.S. university, where they take graduate-level courses, observe and co-teach in U.S. secondary schools, and develop action plans for implementing innovative teaching methodologies in their home classrooms. The Fulbright TEA Program aims to strengthen educational systems worldwide by fostering mutual understanding between the United States and other countries. Eligible applicants must be current secondary school teachers with at least five years of classroom experience, demonstrate English language proficiency, and show commitment to continuing their teaching careers. The program covers all costs including international travel, accommodations, meals, and health insurance, making it accessible to educators from diverse backgrounds. Successful participants join a global network of Fulbright alumni who continue to collaborate and share best practices in education long after completing the program.
