The Presidents Scholars of Excellence Program at University of Toronto will be awarded to around 150 of the most exceptional applicants for direct-entry undergraduate programs in their first year of study. Upon acceptance, exceptional secondary school students from both domestic and foreign schools are automatically considered for the President's Scholars of Excellence Program (PSEP)—a separate application is not necessary. When a student gets admitted, their average is taken into account. PSEP consideration is not available to applicants who have attended a post-secondary institution in the past.
