Parents Learning Allowance at University of Hull in UK 2024-25

The Parents Learning Allowance at University of Hull in UK is open to UK nationals. It is offered for Bachelor's degree in the fields offered by the university. The deadline for sending an application varies. 

If you’re a full-time student with children, you could be entitled to help from the Government with your learning costs.

The Parent's Learning Allowance:

• doesn't have to be paid back
• is paid on top of your other student finance
• will not affect your benefits or tax credit

The successful candidates can avail a sum of up to GBP 1,766 per year. However, the amount the candidate is awarded depends on their household income.

• Applicants must be with children and enrolled as full-time students.
• Applicants enrolled in an Initial Teacher Training (ITT) course are eligible.
• Applicants don't need to be paying for childcare to qualify.
