Eligibility

  • Applicants who are visually impaired are given first consideration, followed in priority by students with other physical impairments.
  • Applicants without visual or physical impairments are also eligible to apply.
  • Applicants must be in good standing with a minimum GPA of 2.8 on a 4.0 scale.
  • Applicants must demonstrate financial need as determined by the campus financial aid Office.
  • Applicants must be currently enrolled as full-time equivalent undergraduate students in any major field at the eligible CSU campuses and must remain full-time equivalent CSU students during the academic year.
  • Applicants who are visually or physically impaired must provide verification from a licensed physician or the office of services for students with disabilities.
