Fully Funded Swinburne University Postgraduate Research Award in Australia 2024-25

The Fully Funded Swinburne University Postgraduate Research Award in Australia is open to all nationals. It is offered for PhD degree in the fields offered by the university. The deadline for sending the application is 25 Oct 2024. This scholarship is provided by the Swinburne University of Technology.

SUPRAs are awarded to students with exceptional research potential who are undertaking doctoral studies. The awards are provided to assist with general living costs. Tuition fees are also covered by the award.

SUPRA scholarships are available to both future and current students enrolled in or applying for a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or Professional Doctorate course at Swinburne.

• Annual stipend AUD 33,500 (indexed) (2024 rate) for three years (with possible 6-month extension).
• Tuition fee scholarship for up to four years.
• Paid leave of absence, thesis allowance, relocation allowance.

• Students must meet the entry requirements for a PhD or Professional Doctorate as set out for their proposed program at Swinburne.  
• Students should hold a Bachelor's Degree with First Class Honours (or equivalent).
• Students need to propose a research project that aligns with a Swinburne Research Strategy and Ecosystem area.
