The Pio Lovenitti Engineering Excellence Scholarship in Australia is open to all nationals. It is offered for a master's degree in the field of Engineering Sciences. The deadline for sending your application is 31 Mar 2024. Swinburne University of Technology provides this scholarship.

His family and former coworkers established this scholarship to honor Associate Professor Pio Iovenitti's outstanding work and legacy. For more than thirty years, Pio played a significant role in the Swinburne community, particularly in the Faculty of Engineering.  Pio represented Swinburne University's ideals while he was a student there. Pio was a dedicated, trustworthy college student who embodied the values of humility, hard effort, devotion, and study. He was also a respected mentor, team player, and effective leader whose classmates and peers were highly regarded.

Swinburne University of Technology (often simply called Swinburne) is an Australian public university based in Melbourne, Victoria. Its main campus is in Hawthorn, a suburb of Melbourne 7.5 km from the Melbourne central business district.

Swinburne runs five campuses; in total, Swinburne has 60,000 students.

The Pio Lovenitti Engineering Excellence Scholarship in Australia will only provide AUD 7,500 for one year. 

The eligibility criteria for the Pio Lovenitti Engineering Excellence Scholarship in Australia are stated below:

1. Applicants can be Australian citizens or Australian Permanent Resident or International student 

2. The candidate must be a Swinburne second-year student who plans to continue in Semester 1 of 2024. 

3. The applicant has to be enrolled full-time in an on-campus Master of Engineering Science program.

4. The applicant must have earned at least a minimum credit average from the first year and finished 100 credit points.
