The Fully Funded HEC Chinese Government Scholarship in China is open to Pakistanis who want to pursue Undergraduate Degrees, Master's Degrees, or doctoral Degrees from Chinese Universities. The scholarship is available for the academic session of 2024-2025. 

Almost all academic fields and majors are offered by the Chinese Scholarship Council, including Science, Engineering, Agriculture, Medicine, Economics, Legal studies, Management, Education, History, Literature, Philosophy, and Fine arts for scholarship recipients at all levels. 

The benefits of the Fully Funded HEC Chinese Government Scholarship in China are:

1. All Tuition Fee Waiver, Administration Cost, Application Fee.

2. Free Accommodation in the University.

3. Monthly Stipend:

i) Bachelor’s Students: CNY 2,500 per Month.

ii) Master’s Students/General Scholars: CNY 3,000 per Month.

iii) Doctoral Students/Senior Scholars: CNY 3,500 per Month.

The eligibility criteria for the Fully Funded HEC Chinese Government Scholarship in China are stated below:

1. Applicant must be a citizen of Pakistan/AJK

2. Must contain 12 years of schooling (FA/ FSc or equivalent A-level) under the age of 25 Years for Undergraduate Programs

3. Must be a Bachelor’s degree holder under the age of 35 years for Master’s Programs

4. Must be a Master’s degree holder under the age of 40 Years for Doctoral Programs

5. Incomplete applications will not be entertained.

6. Students Must Apply Online on the HEC Portal and in Chinese Universities.

Required Documents:

1. Copies of Applicant and Father’s/Guardian’s CNIC.

2. Copy of Applicant’s Domicile.

3. Copy of HEC Online Submitted Form.

4. All Educational Degrees and transcripts from Matric to last Terminal Degree Attested by HEC & IBCC.

5. Chinese Online Application Form

6. Pre-admission letter from Chinese Government Scholarship Universities (Not mandatory)

7. A photocopy of a valid passport information page.

8. Two Recommendation Letters in Original. (for Masters & Ph.D. only)

9. Two Recent Passport size Photographs.

10. Two Copies of the Applicant’s statement of purpose.

11. The health/fitness certificate designed by the Chinese quarantine authority can be Downloaded From Here.

12. Non-Criminal Record from Police Department.

13. In the case of employment, a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the applicant’s employer will be required from shortlisted candidates.
