All of the following requirements must be met in order to qualify for the Government of Bhutan Scholarship:

1. English is the required language. Applicants must demonstrate English proficiency, preferably through one of two recognized language proficiency tests (TOEFL, IELTS).
2. All countries of the world are eligible.
3. Applicants under 30 years old
4. Obtains a Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields with a cumulative GPA of at least 2.75:
5. Chemistry, Biology, Biological Sciences, Molecular Biology, and Environmental Sciences;
6. The medical sciences include medicine, medical technology, and
7. Pharmacology or Pharmaceutical Sciences
8. Research experience in a scientific laboratory;
9. Applicants must submit a statement of purpose explaining their interest in the study.
