The Fully Funded Colombia Government Scholarship is open to all nationals.  This scholarship is available for studying a Master’s, Doctorate degree, Specialization, and Free Spanish Language. It is funded by the ICETEX. All the applicants who do not have the nationality of Colombia are eligible to apply for this scholarship. There is No IELTS required for this scholarship program.

The eligibility criteria for the Fully Funded Colombia Government Scholarship are stated below:

• Candidates of any nationality are eligible to apply for the Colombian Government Scholarship.
• Candidates from outside Colombia are eligible to apply.
• To be eligible for this scholarship, you should not be older than 50 years.
• Candidates should not have Colombian nationality.
• Candidates should not have any de facto or marital relationship in Colombia.
• Candidates are eligible to apply for up to three degree programs.
• You must have a professional, graduate, or undergraduate degree in any area of knowledge.
• There is no IELTS required.
