For Master's Applicants:

75% tuition fee waiver for a maximum of 24 months (full-time study)
Monthly stipend of RM 1,500

For PhD Applicants:

100% tuition fee waiver for a maximum of 36 months (full-time study)
Monthly stipend of RM 2,300
Conference allowance of RM 3,000

Eligibility

For Master's Applicants:

This opportunity is open to only ASEAN member countries.
Applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree with a CGPA ≥ 3.00 from any recognized local/foreign university
Applicants must submit a Research proposal that must be relevant to the ASEAN Tourism Strategic Plan(ATSP) 2016-2025 priority areas.

For PhD Applicants:

This opportunity is open to only ASEAN member countries.
Degrees from any accredited local or international university: Bachelor's with CGPA ≥ 3.33 and Master's (Coursework / Mixed mode) with CGPA ≥ 3.50 or by Research mode
The study proposal needs to be pertinent to the priority areas listed in the ASEAN Tourism Strategic Plan (ATSP) for 2016–2025.
