Eligibility

The eligibility criteria for the France Excellence Europa Scholarships are stated below:

  • Applicants must be citizens of a European Union member state or associated countries.
  • Applicants must have secured admission to a French higher education institution for Master’s 1 or Master’s 2.
  • Proficiency in French or English, depending on the language of instruction of the chosen program.
