EMB Mann Science Communication Scholarship at University of Tasmania in Australia 2024-25

The EMB Mann Science Communication Scholarship at University of Tasmania in Australia is open to Australians. It is offered for Master's and PhD degrees in Science communication. The deadline for sending an application is 31 Oct 2024. This scholarship is provided by the University of Tasmania.

The three daughters of Ethel May Barbara Mann have endowed this fellowship to promote science communication via research, writing, and teaching. One of the first female graduates from the university was Ethel Mann, who earned her degree in 1923.

The successful candidates are awarded a sum of AUD 7,500 per year.

• Applicants must pursue postgraduate studies (PhD, master's, or honors) with an emphasis on science communication.
• Applicants must achieve a minimum pass result in all units studied each semester.
• Applicants must be Australian nationals.
