Eligibility

  • Non-Chinese citizens, in good health
  • Bachelor’s degree applicants: High school diploma, under 25 years old
  • Master’s degree applicants: Bachelor’s degree, under 35 years old
  • Non-Recipient of Other Scholarships
  • Ph.D. degree applicants: Master’s degree, under 40 years old
  • Non-degree program students: Under 45 years old

Application Materials:

  • Valid Passport (with residence permit if in China)
  • Highest Degree Certificate or pre-graduation letter (original required upon arrival)
  • Transcripts
  • “Physical Examination Record for Foreigners”
  • Non-criminal Record Certificate or performance letter/Non-objection certificate if in China
  • Proof of Language Proficiency
  • Study Plan (Bachelor) or Research Plan (Master and Ph.D.)
  • Two recommendation letters (signed by professors, except for undergraduates)
  • Conditional acceptance letter (preferred)
  • Additional: Academic achievements, sports or cultural activity certificates.
