OeAD Postdoctoral Studentships

Explore the OeAD Postdoctoral Studentships collection on Scholarship Union for information about postdoctoral funding and research opportunities connected with Austria. OeAD, Austria’s Agency for Education and Internationalisation, supports international academic exchange and provides information on programmes for researchers and scholars. The exact purpose, eligible applicant groups, host requirements, funding amount, duration and application process depend on the individual call, so check the official programme page and current guidelines before applying.

This archive is intended for early-career researchers who want to assess whether a listed opportunity may fit their academic profile and research plans. Review each announcement for citizenship or residence rules, degree requirements, proposed research area, host institution, required documents and deadlines. Prepare materials well ahead of the closing date and contact the programme administrator or prospective host institution if any conditions are unclear. Scholarship Union shares opportunity information to help students and researchers discover relevant funding; it is not the awarding body. Use linked official sources for authoritative, up-to-date details, and confirm that a call remains open before submitting an application.
