  • Applicants must be citizens of the specific region or country (Africa).
• Uppsala University Global Scholarship:
  • Applicants must be citizens of countries outside the EU/EEA or Switzerland.
• King Carl Gustaf Scholarship:
  • Applicants must be citizens of Ethiopia, Yemen, Ukraine, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Sudan, Myanmar, the Philippines, Mexico, and South Africa.
• Academic Performance:
  • All applicants must demonstrate good academic results, showcasing their commitment to excellence.
• Master’s Program Focus:
  • The scholarship is exclusively awarded for the master’s program in the priority program chosen for admission at Uppsala University.
• Admission:
  • Applicants must apply for the master’s program before the university’s admission deadline.
  • Fulfilling the criteria and requirements of the chosen master’s program is crucial, including submitting an application fee and required documents before the scholarship deadline.
• Educational Background:
  • Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree certificate to be eligible for the master’s program.
