Applications are being accepted for the PhD Scholarships in Health Data Science: Health and Wellbeing of People with Intellectual or Developmental Disability at the University of New South Wales for the academic year 2022-2023.

The University of New South Wales is providing a stipend of $30,000 per annum for three years for students who want to pursue a PhD degree program.

Eligibility

  • Eligible Countries: All nationalities are eligible for this University of New South Wales International Scholarship.
  • Eligible Course or Subjects: PhD degree in health data science offered by the university.
  • Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible, the applicants must meet all the following criteria:
  • Students with honors, masters, or equivalent degrees in health (public health, medicine, nursing, allied health), computer science, biostatistics, or related disciplines would be well suited.
  • Applicants may be Australian citizens, permanent residents, or international. Applicants must meet the UNSW PhD entry requirements and be able to enroll as full-time domestic PhD scholars.

  • Supporting Documents: The students must present the following documents to the university.

  • Academic transcripts
  • Admission Requirements: The applicants must have a prior academic qualification in health datasets to examine mental health care, interactions between mental health and physical health outcomes, and medicines background.
  • Language Requirement:  If English isn’t your first language, you may be required to provide evidence that your English language ability meets their requirements.
