Introduction

The University of Gothenburg Axel Adler Scholarship in Sweden is open now. This scholarship program is for fee-paying students pursuing eligible Master’s programs at the University. Any full-time Master's programs offered at the University, including the Bachelor’s program (only Software Engineering, International Relations, and Business and Economics). There is one scholarship awarded for each program and 4 for Master’s programs within the Fine, Applied, and Performing Arts and programs in Music and Performance There are also 2 Axel Adler scholarships for Sustainability 2024  for students studying a sustainability-focused study program. It is for Citizens from outside the EU/EEA and Switzerland

Benefits

The University of Gothenburg Axel Adler Scholarship in Sweden will provide the tuition fee for the program you are admitted to. It is a tuition fee waiver; no additional financial support for living expenses or travel grants are provided.

Eligibility

The eligibility criteria for the University of Gothenburg Axel Adler Scholarship in Sweden are stated below:

1. You are required to pay tuition in Sweden.

2. You need to apply for an international campus-based program at the University of Gothenburg as your first priority.

3. You have applied and been admitted to a full-time Master's program or Bachelor's program (for Bachelor Programme only Software Engineering, International Relations, and Business and Economics) at the University of Gothenburg.

4. You can only be eligible for the scholarship for the program that is your priority at the University of Gothenburg on 15 January 2024 in the international admission round at www.universityadmission.se.

5. You submitted your application for studies by 15 January 2024, paid the application fee, and documented your eligibility for studies by 1 February 2024 through universityadmissions.se.

Application instructions:

To be considered for the scholarships, you must have applied for a Master’s Programme via universityadmissions.se by 15 January 2024. Only applicants with a University of Gothenburg program as their first choice can apply for a scholarship.

Eligible students will receive an email with application instructions around 8 February 2024.
