Introduction

The University of Bologna Scholarship in Italy is open to all nationals. Applicants who want to pursue their Bachelor's Degree or Masters's Degree from Italy are highly encouraged to apply. These Italian Scholarships are available for the 2024-2025 academic session.

In the academic year 2024/2025, the University of Bologna offers a total of 260 degree programs, of which 84 are for International Students, with 68 available in English. Additionally, the university offers 48 Ph.D. programs (as of the academic year 2022/2023), 53 specialization schools, and 86 professional master’s programs at both the first and second levels. Among these master’s programs, 14 are internationally recognized.

Eligibility

The eligibility criteria for the University of Bologna Scholarship in Italy are stated below:

  • Applicants of any nationality are eligible to apply.
  • Your age must be less than 30 years on the deadline.
  • You must obtain a valid degree program from a Non-Italian Institute.
  • Merit will be calculated on the basis of the following tests
  • For First or Single Cycle Degree Programs: SAT and/or TOLC test
  • For Second Cycle Degree Programs: GRE test
  • IELTS is not required. Proficiency in English can be demonstrated through an English language proficiency test.
