UNITAR Traineeship in Switzerland 2024

The UNITAR Traineeship in Switzerland is open to all nationals. UNITAR stands for the United Nations Institute for Training and Research. It is a Training arm of the UN System. Their main focus is to train and develop programs to help countries, especially developing countries on how to tackle global challenges. A great Opportunity awaits! UNITAR welcomes applicants from all around the world for four months of in-person training in Geneva, Switzerland. For the support of interns, a monthly lump sum of 910 euros will be provided for transportation and miscellaneous costs. Applicants who are enrolled in Undergraduate, Graduate, Post graduate programs can also apply. Graduates can also apply for the UNITAR Traineeship Program.

Traineeship Dates

The Traineeship will start in the 3rd week of June 2024. The exact dates will be decided later. The total duration of the traineeship is four months. Trainees are expected to work five days a week.

A monthly stipend of 910 Euros will be provided for transportation and miscellaneous costs.

• Applicants must be enrolled in an undergraduate/graduate/postgraduate degree.
• Recent graduates (within two years of graduation) can also apply.
• Students in the fields of international relations, education, history, law, political science, languages, or a related subject can apply.
