The university provides an $8000 discount per year, which is paid in installments. On a successful basis at the beginning and completion of your degree. 

The eligibility criteria for the Southern Cross University Scholarships in Australia are stated below:

1. Required language: English is the required language for studying at Southern Cross University

2. Eligible Countries: All countries can apply for a Southern Cross University scholarship. Permanent citizens in Australia or New Zealand are not eligible for this scholarship.

3. Eligible candidates can apply for undergraduate and postgraduate courses at either Lismore, Gold Coast or Coffs Harbour campus. Applicants fulfill all the requirements needed for admission.

i) Undergraduate entry: submit their English proficiency certificate with 6.0 overall grades and no or less than 5.5; their qualifications are equal to Australian 12 years.

ii) Postgraduate entry: Candidate qualification equal to Australian bachelor's degree and complete their English proficiency test with good grades 6.5*

iii) Candidates need to fulfill all requirements and pass certificates in all subjects, making themselves eligible for this scholarship

iv) Students must balance their attendance for further maintenance in this university
