Ross Milbourne Elite Athlete Scholarship at University of Technology Sydney in Australia 2024-25

The Ross Milbourne Elite Athlete Scholarship at University of Technology Sydney in Australia is open to Australians and New Zealand nationals. It is offered for a Bachelor's degree in the fields offered by the university. The deadline for sending an application varies. This scholarship is provided by the University of Technology Sydney.

To attract talented, aspiring athletes with the desire to pursue State, National, and International competition and enhance their educational opportunities by providing support for expenses directly linked to their studies.

The successful candidates are awarded a sum of AUD 5,000.

• Applicant must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or the holder of an Australian permanent resident visa or permanent humanitarian visa.
• Applicants must be enrolled or intend to enroll in a UTS undergraduate course or an eligible Diploma program.
• Must complete as/or demonstrate potential as a:
  • World Class Athlete (Olympian, World Championships).
  • Elite Athlete who competes at State or National level.
• The applicant must be accepted into the UTS Elite Athlete program.
• The candidates are required to attend an interview in person if applicable.

First consideration is given to applicants who:

• Are capable of representing Australia at the Olympics.
• Will represent the university where required at state, national, and international university events.
