Ninety-five outstanding young women and men are awarded the Scholarship each year, from 20 Rhodes constituencies (64 countries) worldwide. The program includes full tuition, a maintenance stipend, and flights to and from Oxford at the beginning and end of tenure.

South Africa, Botswana, Lesotho, Malawi, Namibia And Swaziland) Syria, Jordan, Lebanon And Palestine, (Sjlp) United Arab Emirates, United States, West Africa, Zambia and Zimbabwe
Entrance Requirements: The following eligibility criteria apply to all applicants for the Rhodes Scholarship:
English Language Requirements: English language: You must have a sufficiently high standard of English to meet the English language proficiency requirements (at the Higher Level listed) of the University of Oxford. The university only accepts certain standardized tests, with results at or above the following scores:

All of these tests are accepted for both admissions and visa purposes; they will not be required to provide additional evidence of their English language ability in their visa application. Whilst UKVI may accept lower minimum scores for visa purposes, the University still requires them to meet these minimum scores.
Applications for Rhodes Scholarships open during the spring and summer of the preceding year. All candidates for the grant should read the information about the awards applicable globally and then proceed to their country-specific page.
