The Regione Veneto Scholarships at University of Padua in Italy is open to all nationals. Scholarship Benefits

Amount of Scholarship: the amount of the scholarship varies according to your family income and other conditions specified in the Call. The scholarship may include both the exemption of tuition fees and a subsistence allowance, as well as free or discounted student services such as accommodation, meals at university canteens, etc.

Payments: if assessed, students enrolled in the first year shall receive the scholarship in two installments. The first one is paid by the end of December 2024; the second one is paid by the end of the month after obtaining 20 CFUs (the deadline to obtain them is August 10, 2025)
Students enrolled in years subsequent to the first shall receive the scholarship in one single installment by the end of December 2024.

Scholarship Eligibility

  • Applicants must have a family income below euro 26,306.25 (ISEE) and euro 42.192,96 (ISPE). This ensures that the scholarship targets economically disadvantaged students who require financial assistance to pursue their studies.
  • Applicants must have received admission to one of the degree courses or Ph.D. programs offered by the University of Padua.
  • Students must comply with the conditions necessary for obtaining an Italian visa. This is particularly important for international students, as it ensures they can legally study in Italy.
  • Applicants should not benefit from any other national or international scholarship or grant. This criterion ensures that the scholarship is directed toward those who do not have access to other financial support for their studies.
  • The scholarship recipients must meet the merit criteria and any other additional requirements specified in the scholarship’s official Call.
