Introduction

The Massey University Foundation Peer Scholar Award in New Zealand is open to all nationals. It is offered for Bachelor's, Master's, PhD, and post-degrees in the fields offered by the university. The purpose of Scholars Massey is to connect scholarship holders at all levels of study across the university and support them to be the best they can be in pursuing their scholarly aspirations.

Benefits

Peer Scholars will receive an award of up to the value of NZD 6,000 within a tenure of one year.

Eligibility

  • Applicants can be of any nationality.
  • Applicants must have completed an equivalent of one full year’s study at Massey University.
  • All applicants must have received one of the following scholarships recently or currently during their present course of study:
  • Massey University Vice-Chancellor Excellence Scholarship
  • Massey University Undergraduate Scholarship
  • Massey University Undergraduate Excellence Scholarship
  • Sir Alan Stewart Postgraduate Scholarship
  • Massey University Master’s Research Scholarship, Massey University Māori Scholarship, or Massey University Pacific Master’s Research Scholarship
  • Massey University Scholar Award, Massey University Māori Scholar Award or Massey University Pacific Scholar Award
  • Massey University Doctoral Scholarship
  • Massey University Alumni Doctoral Scholarship
