Introduction

The Lincoln University Scholarships in New Zealand are open to all nationals. These scholarships are available for undergraduate and masters. Up to 50 Scholarships will be awarded annually and will be of the value of up to $10,000 each for postgraduate and undergraduate study.

Benefits

The benefits of the Lincoln University Scholarships in New Zealand are:

1. Lincoln University International School Leavers Scholarship: Up to 10 scholarships valued at NZ$10,000 each are available and are payable by way of a credit to the recipients’ Lincoln University Tuition Fees account upon confirmation of enrolment in one of Lincoln University’s undergraduate bachelor programs.

2. Lincoln University International Undergraduate Scholarship: Up to 10 scholarships valued at NZ$3,000 each are available and are payable by way of a credit to the recipients’Lincoln University Tuition Fees account, upon confirmation of enrolment in one of Lincoln University’s undergraduate programs

3. Lincoln University Undergraduate Vice-Chancellor’s Scholarship: Scholarships to the value of NZ$5,000 are available and are payable by way of a credit to the recipients’ Lincoln University Tuition Fees account upon confirmed enrolment.

4. 180-credit Taught Master Merit Scholarship: Qualifying international students will be awarded a scholarship of NZ$7,000 or NZ$10,000 towards the overall cost of their study in one of the 180-credit taught master’s programs.

Eligibility

The eligibility criteria for the Lincoln University Scholarships in New Zealand are:

1. Required Language: English.

2. Eligible Countries: All world countries.

3. Lincoln University International School Leavers Scholarship

4. Be a new-to-program Lincoln University International Student who is registered or planning to register in an undergraduate bachelor program,

i) Be a school leaver from a New Zealand High School or from an overseas high school

ii) Not be in receipt of any other scholarship and

iii) Meet all necessary immigration requirements to study in New Zealand and

iv) Meet all academic and English language requirements for admission.

5. Lincoln University International Undergraduate Scholarship

6. Be a new-to-program Lincoln University International Student who is registered or planning to register in an undergraduate program in the 2021 academic year,

i) Not be in receipt of any other scholarship, and

ii) Meet all necessary immigration requirements to study in New Zealand and

iii) Meet all academic and English language requirements for admission.

7. Lincoln University Undergraduate Vice-Chancellor’s Scholarship

8. Be an International student who has not previously studied in an academic program at Lincoln University, and

9. Meet the academic and English language requirements for admission to their chosen program at Lincoln University and

i) Meet all necessary immigration requirements to study in New Zealand and

ii) Not hold any other scholarship.

10. 180-credit Taught Master Merit Scholarship

i) Students must have a GPA of at least B+ average in the last year of their bachelor’s degree to meet the requirements.
