International students who exhibit excellent achievement and financial need may apply for the International Cultural Service Program (ICSP) Scholarship.
The International Cultural Service Program accepts applications from international students who can prove their financial need and remarkable merit (ICSP).
The ICSP program requires its participants to perform 80 hours of cultural service annually. Cultural service could entail participating in foreign activities on campus as well as giving presentations or demonstrations about your nation's history and culture to schools or community organizations.

All ICSP candidates receive a partial tuition-waiver scholarship ranging from $9,000 to $15,000 per year, depending on his/her financial need.
Please note that the ICSP Scholarships amount will remain accordant each term.
Candidates must be admissible or fully admitted to the University of Oregon.
Applicants cannot be U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or eligible to receive U.S. federal financial assistance.
Applicants must demonstrate financial need and meet the minimum 3.5 cumulative GPA requirement.
