GREAT Scholarships at University of Sheffield in UK 2024-25

The GREAT Scholarships at University of Sheffield in UK is open for Egyptians. This award is offered by British Council and the GREAT Britain Campaign. Egypt students those who want to undertake their Masters Degree or PhD Degree from UK are encouraged to apply. The scholarship is available for academic session of 2024-2025. Almost all academic fields and majors are available at University of Sheffield under GREAT Scholarship.

The University of Sheffield was established in 1905 and is a public research university in Sheffield, England. More than 30,000 National & International Students are currently studying in the university. QS World University Rankings has ranked this university at 104th position in the world.

The GREAT Scholarships at University of Sheffield in UK will provide a worth £10,000 to students from Egypt applying for postgraduate taught courses.

• Applicants having nationality of Egypt are eligible.
• You must be going to take admission at University of Sheffield in Autumn 2024.
• You must receive an offer for a course studied in full at the University of Sheffield. Masters programmes split between the University of Sheffield and a partner institution are not eligible to apply for a scholarship.
• For tuition fee purposes you must be self-funded and required to pay the overseas tuition fee.
• You must not be a sponsored student.
• Distance learning courses are ineligible for the GREAT scholarship.
• Part-time courses are ineligible for the GREAT scholarship.
• All Crossways courses and Erasmus Mundus courses are ineligible for a merit scholarship.
• Integrated PhD programmes are ineligible for the GREAT scholarship
• These scholarships are not applicable to any postgraduate courses which are more than one year in duration. This includes, but is not exclusive to, the following courses:

1. MArch Architecture
2. MArch Architecture and Landscape Architecture
3. MArch Architecture: Collaborative Practice
