The eligibility criteria for the Fully Funded YSEALI Fellowship in USA are stated below:

1. Fellows must be between 25-35 years old while applying.

2. Applicants must have demonstrated proficiency in English speaking and writing.

3. Applicants must be citizens of the eleven YSEALI countries. 

4. In addition, they should demonstrate leadership skills and abilities and the capacity for collaborative work.

5. Fellows should be emerging leaders in civil society, government, or the private sector with expertise in their theme.

6. Applicants must have relevant two years of work experience at least.

7. Applicants should be culturally adaptable and self-directed.

8. Applicants should be able to identify and create a project to implement in their community.

9. U.S. citizens are not eligible for this program.
