The Fully Funded Vital Voices Global Fellowship in USA is open to all nationals. The 2024 Vital Voices Global Fellowship brings together women leaders from various sectors to build skills and capacity, create a collaborative network, and exchange ideas. This international fellowship in the USA is a fully funded fellowship for women in the US. Participants will learn successful leadership practices from different experts and each other. In addition to this, the program will also offer programming across two pillars –political leadership and social entrepreneurship. Fellows will participate in focused learning on different skills and knowledge related to their sector. The average monthly commitment of participants under the fully funded Vital Voices Global Fellowship for women is 8 hours per month. The online sessions of this fully funded US fellowship are typically 1-2 hours and will be held between 8– 11 a.m US. There will be 2-3 online sessions in a month.

International participants will collaborate with other changemakers. Through this fully funded fellowship in USA, Vital Voices also aims to create and provide opportunities for collaboration and utilize the collective creative potential of international women leaders working on difficult challenges that disproportionately affect girls and women. The fully funded Vital Voices Global Fellowship Social Entrepreneurship 2024 provides purpose-driven businesses that aim to address and cater the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the UN with visionary female changemakers in leadership roles. The Social Entrepreneurship pillar is designed for female entrepreneurs keen to grow their company through financing, who know how much to charge for their ventures, who have decided on a growth strategy, and who want to increase their social effect.

It will help fellows increase their leadership and confidence through skill development and personal growth. It will also help them create global networks, provide the groundwork for teamwork and problem-solving, and connect them through in-person gatherings and regional partnerships. Fellows under this fully funded Vital Voices Global Fellowship 2024 will dedicate time to developing their growth strategy, comprehending their financial requirements, and acquiring the skills necessary to obtain appropriate finance through the Social Entrepreneurship pillar. Through this fully funded US fellowship for women leaders, they will also learn how to create pitch decks and appealing narratives that align with investor expectations and the SDGs’ concept, all while customizing strategies to their needs.

Fellows will embark on a life-changing adventure, acquiring vital abilities, know-how, and self-assurance to elevate their leadership and businesses to new heights. Participants under this fully funded fellowship for international individuals will review their business strategies and hone their expansion objectives during the program, analyze and comprehend their capital requirements more fully, create a strategy plan to increase company revenue through investments, Learn how to obtain chances for appropriate investments and develop their ability to tell engaging stories about investing prospects. Create pitch decks that align with investor expectations and the spirit of the SDGs. Fellows will also benefit from a strong international network of allies. Fellows will be ready to explore investment options and have established their growth strategies by the time the international fellowship ends.

The benefits of the Fully Funded Vital Voices Global Fellowship in USA are:

• Participants will get to attend all virtual trainings starting from June 2024 to March 2025, completing all assignments and any additional engagement/ phone calls with other fellows, trainers, mentors, or program staff.
• All costs associated with the fellowship program are fully covered by Vital Voices.
• All participants will receive an invitation to attend an in-person convening in Washington, DC.
• The US Women fellowship will cover travel, lodging, and meals for the in-person program which will be held in Washington DC.
• Upon successful completion of the US fellowship, all fellows will get a certificate of completion.

The eligibility criteria for the Fully Funded Vital Voices Global Fellowship in USA are stated below:
