Introduction

The Fully Funded University of South Australia Scholarship is open to all nationals. The Research Training Program International (RTPi) Scholarships Program is accepting submissions for Master’s and Ph.D. degree programs, providing an opportunity for international students worldwide to study in Australia.

Annually, 300 scholarships are available for full-time Master’s and Ph.D. degree programs, allowing students to pursue a Master's by Research (MPhil) or Ph.D. across various academic fields and majors.

Alongside the RTPi Scholarships, the University also offers other opportunities for international students in 2024, such as the Research Training Program (RTP) Scholarships, University President’s Scholarships (UPS), and International Research Tuition Scholarships. These scholarships offer diverse pathways for students to achieve their academic aspirations at the University of South Australia in 2024.

Eligibility

The eligibility criteria for the Fully Funded University of South Australia Scholarship are stated below:

  • Applicants must be International Students.
  • Applicants from all over the world are accepted by any nationality.
  • For a Masters by research: A bachelor’s degree with first or second-class honors from the University of Sydney or another approved institution
  • For Ph.D. Research Program: You need to demonstrate sufficient prior research experience and capability. In most cases, you will have either:
    1. A bachelor’s degree with first or upper second class honors
    2. A master’s degree performed at a high academic standard, and which includes a substantial component of research
    3. An equivalent qualification that demonstrates research experience, excellence, and capability.
  • Applicants are required to have completed at least the equivalent of an Australian Honours degree
