Scholarship Description

The Fully Funded Open Doors Russian Scholarship is open to all internationals who want to pursue master's or Ph.D. degrees from the top universities of Russia for the academic year of 2024-2025. It is available in all academic fields and majors, which means that students from any educational background can apply for the Open Doors Russian Scholarship to pursue their postgraduate degree from Russia for free.  The scholars will also be able to choose the university of their own choice from the eligible universities list. It is the seventh edition of the Open Doors Russian Scholarship program. The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation offers international students the Open Doors Russian Scholarship in Russia.
